Purpose of Data Collection: The Foundation for MSME Clusters (“FMC”) collect and process personal and business data as part of the APAC Cybersecurity Fund (ACF) program organised by The Asia Foundation supported by Google.org. This data will be used solely for training purposes, program evaluation, impact assessment, and project reporting.
2. Personal and Business Data Collection: By signing this form, you consent to the collection of the following information:
• Personal data such as name, contact details, and demographic information.
• Business-related information such as enterprise name, sector, and digital security practices.
• Feedback on the training session.
3. Use and Protection of Data:
• Your data will not be used for any purpose other than those specified.
• FMC will ensure appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure including end-to-end encryption to protect data during transmission, strong authentication methods like multi-factor authentication, access controls to restrict unauthorized access, regular security updates, compliance with industry standards including PCI-DSS and ISO 27001.
• Data will not be transferred to any third party without prior consent.
4. Photography and Videography Consent: During the workshop, photos and videos may be taken to document the event for promotional, educational, and reporting purposes. These materials may be used in:
• Reports to stakeholders and funders.
• The FMC’s official website, project website, social media, and publications.
• Awareness campaigns to promote cybersecurity training initiatives.
By signing this form, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness for the purposes stated above. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the workshop organizers.
5. Right to Withdraw Consent:
• Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without any consequences.
• To withdraw consent, you may contact the workshop organizers, and your data will be removed as per the established data protection policies.
